We provide services in the following areas for Magnetic Particle, Liquid Penetrant, and Ultrasound Inspection.
Procedure Preparation: We will prepare a procedure for you and give you all the rights to that procedure for your sole use. The procedure will not be sold to another company or shared with any other company.
Level III Retainer: Whether it is for one meeting, one month, one year, or indefinitely we will provide an ASNT Level III to your company for all of your needs - procedure writing, client meetings, employee testing and tracking, training, etc. Basically anything a full time Level III would do but at a much lower price than hiring a full time Level III.
Authorized Independent Outside Agency: Contact us regarding your auditing needs and R&D. We will also serve as expert witnesses in court cases.
Training: We offer Level I and II training in MT, PT, and UT. We will also give courses in advanced techniques as well. Please contact us for a list of those techniques. Our trainers are all ASNT Level III's and have passed the API QUTE exam as well as various refinery required exams. We will come to your place if there are enough to fill the course or we will hold the classes in Houston, TX.
Dates of classes will depend on the amount of students who have enrolled.
